Wе are proud to announce that at the beginning of 2018 the company JK Uniforms merged with Technoavia, a special clothing and safety footwear manufacturer at the forefront of the industry since 1992.

This merger led to the creation of CONCEPT by Technoavia — a brand new corporate uniform company. CONCEPT by Technoavia harnesses the very best in both companies with a sole focus on our clients’ business culture coupled with advanced garment technology and custom designs.

Workwear and footwear for technicians, service sector and medical staff under the Technoavia brand is made using the latest technologically advanced fabrics for workwear produced by world leading textile manufacturers. Garments stay as crisp and attractive during the whole period of service as they did on day one, maintaining high tensile strength throughout their working life, are wear resistant, with low shrinkage and are always comfortable to work in.

Technoavia

Technoavia was established in 1992. Initially, the company focused on servicing the civil aviation sector, which led to the formation of high quality requirements in production and procurement processes. Today, 3,500 of our employees help over 40,000 clients, key amongst which are Lukoil, Gazprom Neft, Rosneft, Norilsk Nikel, Severstal, Aeroflot Airlines, Danone, Enel, EuroCement, Knauf, John Deer, Michelin, Schneider Electric, and many others, to ensure the highest work safety standards. Technoavia’s own production capabilities include 7 garments factories and 1 shoe factory. Annualy 5,500,000 garments and 950,000 pairs of footwear are produced under Technoavia’s trademark.

Attention to work safety is not just a concern for health and protection against occupational hazards, but also a means of labor productivity development and staff loyalty building.

The products’ high quality, use of production innovative solutions, customer care and prompt responsiveness to enquiries are among our core priorities.

Fabrics

Fabrics are selected very carefully to meet your specific demands! Lots of factors have to be taken into consideration to propose the right fabric for your Uniforms. Our qualified team is well trained and would always give the proper suggestion to the matching designs. We work with fabrics from Europe, Japan, Korea, and Indonesia. We look for the best of quality for a long lasting life. Fabrics are always tested in-house before sampled to the customer.

Threads, Canvas & Fusing

We at CONCEPT by Technoavia work with the German threads 'Madeira', one of the leading companies in the industry for yarns. CONCEPT by Technoavia choice of Interlining is 'Wendler', the global leading interlining-specialist, that is known for the highest quality interlining for shirts and blouses, also from Germany. We work a lot with 'Prym' products for lady's shoulder padding, elastics, metal hooks, press fasteners. 'Prym' is Germany's oldest family owned business, with a reputation for high- quality metal products and accessories.

Buttons & Accessories

Depending on the budget and project we use buttons from 'Dill'. Dill is a German company based in Bavaria which manufactures high-quality innovative and fashionable buttons. For bigger projects we also offer the service of exclusive customized buttons with logo.
For beads and crystal work for small exclusive uniform projects we use Swarovski crystal stones. 'Swarovski' from Austria has grown to be the world's leading producer of precision-cut crystal for fashion.
Also your suit- and dress-linings make a difference. The comfort of wearing, and look-and-feel, are an incomparable experience when done with proper linings. The majority of our linings we use are from Japan or Italy, which we also offer to customize.

Art direction

We use, depending on the design, either Opti or YKK zippers. 'Opti' zip fasteners from Germany stand for durable performance for over 100 years. 'YKK' the world's largest zipper manufacturer from Japan, trusted worldwide for their impeccable production standards.
